Testimonials

If you’re looking for an amazing realtor, then Kyle Flagg is your guy! My husband and I were looking at buying our first home and a friend referred Kyle to us. Since it was our first house, we had a lot of questions and we’re overwhelmed with the process. But Kyle was extremely helpful and walked us through every step of the way. With the housing market being so competitive, it was crucial that we went to a lot of open houses and jumped on new listings. Kyle was very proactive informing us of upcoming listings and scheduling showings as soon as houses went on the market. We are so grateful for the hard work Kyle put into finding us our perfect first home and can’t recommend him enough.

As we looked for our property Kyle was proactive every step of the way, sending us listings and providing guidance as we narrowed our search. Finding the right property is a team effort, we’re in the property we are in because Kyle stayed on top of the listing that we thought was off the market and we ended up in the property we originally wanted.

I’d recommend Kyle to anyone looking for someone who’ll listen to really understand your needs and will be relentless and uncompromising in finding the place you can call home

Kyle Flagg was an absolute pleasure to work with. He sold our condo in Costa Mesa and townhome in Dana Point. He was resilient and ultimately helped us find our dream single family residence! He was very knowledgeable and in constant communication with us about the process. He listened to our requests and always followed through. We would highly recommend Kyle in your real estate transactions here in Orange County!
